This is one of the misses from this house, imo, but it's better than the non-extreme version in that it does have a smidge of staying power. The problem is the florals have a kind of….nothing-ness to them. Like they're florals without flowers. Then after a while it dries down to crayons on me.

Beautiful, fleeting, crayola drydown.

This one is a winner! It's a very beautiful floral/woodsy fragrance and I've found that it projects well and the performance on me is about 5 hours. I've definitely been catching whiffs of the tuberose and jasmine throughout my day. I recommend it for the spring and summer and I would classify it as a unisex fragrance. It's uplifting and light, not a heavy fragrance whatsoever. You need to understand not everyone has the same body chemistry, so performance and projection can vary due to any number of factors. I spray it around my collar and the back of my neck. In my opinion, it's too pricey to blind buy, so I would order a sample before making a commitment to buy a full bottle.

I think I am one of the lucky few who both 1) can actually smell this on my skin, and 2) absolutely love the dry-down. I want to address #2 as someone already commented on the ‘spicy’, ‘less pleasant’ dry down. I magically get a pencil shaving dry down, and find that it is twice as strong as the eau de toilette and is the major headlining scent. Which I love. I immediately go back in time when I was bored in class and chewing on my pencil while day dreaming about the neighbor’s pool...or the neighbor’s hot big brother. ;) I wouldn’t change a thing...except maybe the longevity. I find after a couple of hours that the pencil shaving is a misty memory and need to reapply.

I hate to say it but I have to agree that it smells pretty in the bottle but after only a few minutes I can smell nothing at all on my skin - a big disappointment.

I sampled this. Strangely, I couldn't smell anything! The regular Chasse I can smell quite distinctly. This just did not smell of anything on my skin. Bizarre.

Ummm okay so when I put this on, I got the light floral that I was expecting, but within a half hour it had changed into something far less pleasant. The flowers just evaporated and I was left with a spicy skin scent that I don't care for at all. Blah...no thanks

I loved this delicate fragrance and agree that no single floral note overwhelms the whole. I rec'd many compliments, one woman commented that I smelt exactly like a new spring day. That's a great perfume!

Could not smell a thing when combined with my skins particular chemistry. And it came so highly recommended. The name, the color of the label, makes me think it might be better on fair blondes. ?

There is no better fragrance on the market in my estimation! Heads will turn!

I so badly wanted to like this one, but it's actually just okay. it's very floral but also very flat--there's no depth, no warmth, nothing personal about it and perched precariously close to being sickeningly sweet.
