Liz Moores
Liz Moores began her olfactory journey while working as a massage therapist, where she would often blend essential oils to help her clients relax and recover. Inspired by early results, she began attempting to blend her own perfumes, using vodka instead of perfumer's alcohol, and the results were bad enough to inspire her to learn more. Over two years, she went through a period of intense self-training, reading every book possible and slowly working her way up with individual materials until she felt confident enough to begin blending again. Finally, she began taking courses with the Fragrance Foundation, which ultimately led to the creation of Anubis, and then the founding of Papillon, which she still runs from her own home.
