Sample Orders
Sample orders are shipped via US Post. If sample orders exceed $75 in value for domestic and Canadian orders, they must be shipped via Ground Shipping. International orders over a $75 value must be shipped US Post Priority or Express mail.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders will be charged extra for the Canadian customs and brokerage fees at the time of purchase. We provide this as both a service and a requirement. You may receive a bill for duties from UPS. Please disregard this bill. You are pre-paying for duties at the time of purchase. The duties and brokerage fees will be displayed for your review before you submit your order.
Sample orders are shipped via US Post airmail for $8.00. (Please note: Samples orders containing
more than 15+ samples will be shipped via UPS Ground for $20.00)
International Shipping
Luckyscent now ships samples and product orders via US Post to most countries.
Please note: There are specific countries we do
not ship to using US Post. We will notify you via email and inform you if there is another shipping alternative such as UPS.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 7-10 days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Should there be
any extreme delays in shipment or product fulfillment, we will notify you
via email.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We try to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt providing it has been received before 12 noon. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs, but we try our best to see that it does. If an order contains a back-ordered or sold out product, we will not ship that order until the missing products are back in stock. Business days
are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Your credit card
will not be charged until we ship your order.
Order Confimation
Once your order is placed with luckyscent.com, you'll receive
two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we
ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing
your order tracking number.
