Let's talk about lemon. I love lemon perfumes. I love the scent of lemons in real life. And I thought it'd be fun to highlight a couple of my favorite lemon scents.
So let's start with the queen of all lemon scents, Acqua Viva by Profumum. This brand is truly exceptional, one of my favorites from Italy. And they have truly captured the entire lemon. I'm talking the juice, the pith, the rind, every aspect of the lemon. It's also kind of meant to capture the whole lemon tree. So there is a little bit of green in here, like leafy green notes, a little bit of maybe like a woodiness to it. But really you're getting this realistic, photorealistic true lemon. And it is absolutely breathtaking.
Also for a citrus, which citrus in general doesn't tend to last super long on skin. It's just sort of the way that molecule is structured. It just doesn't, it's usually like a top note and kind of fades away quicker. I will say this one lasts a bit longer than most. And if you want a true lemon scent, this is it. It is beautiful.
Another one that is really fun, a little different interpretation of that would be Lemon Tart by Theodor Kaltinas. This is really fun because it is a gourmand. So you're getting the actual lemon tart, you're getting the whipped cream and the creamy notes inside. You're getting a bit of that flaky pastry crust around it. So it's definitely a little bit more decadent, a little bit more kind of delicious and creamy. And there's that vanilla feeling. It's really beautiful. It's so much fun to wear. Playful, but with that nice tart lemon kind of kick to it.
And then one of my all-time favorites, Mediterraneo. I have talked about her before from Cartusia or Cartusia, another Italian brand because they do know their lemons. Mediterraneo to me is sparkling lemonade with some tea and a little sprig of mint. There's
