Luckyscent Videos: Vanille Riviera - Maison Rebatchi

When you hear the name Vanille Riviera by Maison Rebatchi, you might think immediately of cupcakes and gourmand vanillas, but this is so much more interesting and complex than that. This is a vanilla unlike anyone I've smelled before. So the reference is a Madagascan vanilla on the perfumer's travels. It's very green and floral. I get all of that.

And then I get the stem and the leaves. There's a lot of galvanum that I'm noting in here. And then I get this sort of wafting breeze like a kiss of vanilla that's just soft and pretty and sort of like just drifting in the background.

I really am so excited by this. I love that it's floral and vanilla and green and interesting. It's sophisticated gourmand for the person that wants something a little different. And maybe the typical vanilla, which is also great. But this is just elegance in a bottle.
