Luckyscent Videos: Regime des Fleurs - Rock River Melody

This is a new fragrance from Regime des Fleurs. It's called Rock River Melody. First of all, I love the new bottle design. This is so chic. The cap is green and it should be a good indication of the scent profile of the scent. It's very lush, green, sappy, resinous, beautiful.

It's inspired by a horseback ride through Fontainebleau Forest in France. I can't say I've actually experienced that personally. So for me, it's like walking along a river with pine trees up above. You get a little bit of a pine sap, all these different shades of green. It's beautiful.

The dry down surprised me because I got a little bit of a patchouli coming through, which very much puts this into a cheaper style of scent. In fact, it kind of reminded me of some vintage fragrances, classic masculine from the 80s, kind of rugged and elegant at the same time. Wonderful shades of green. Even though I said masculine, this is perfectly wonderful on a woman as well.
