Terrible. I am a gourmand hater and this is the epitome of scents that I hate. Sticky, caramel, vanilla, sugar. I don't get any tangerine which disappoints me because it might have given me a little relief from all the sweetness. I don't really get the wood, heliotrope, or the coconut, but maybe there're in there somewhere. I can't believe someone would want to smell this way on purpose, but if that's you, you might like this. It's not horribly blended or anything, it seems smooth even if it's something of a caramel-filled frying pan to the face. 1.5/10.

The styrax that is so beautiful in Accident À La Vanille just goes off the rails here, it doesn't mix well with the woody notes. It becomes too harsh and never really settles down to the promised vanilla fairgrounds with a floral background. Shame, the price is such a deal these days.

Lovely caramel popcorn. This smells like browned butter and caramel being made on the stove with a hint of popcorn. In a way, it reminds me of warm syrup. This vanilla is more on the deep gourmand heavy side, not powdery fluffy. A little disappointed, I am on the hunt for a cotton candy scent, this was not it. The wood isn't noticeable on my skin either. During the first 10 minutes, there is a slight candle wax scent that completely vanishes, thankfully. Nice projection for about 2 hours, then it becomes more intimate, like a sweet treat for someone standing close to you. This definitely takes me down memory lane to being at state fairs as a kid. I wish a 30ml or a 50ml was available. On the fence with buying a fb just bc I don't need 100ml.
