Scent Bar Staff Video Review for Louis XV 1722

Video Transcript

Louis XV is a collaboration between Xerjoff and House of Vénage, which is a wine library based in the Champagne region of France. This fragrance celebrates the French king Louis XV and his love for sparkling champagne. Of course, there is a wonderful sparkle in here. I think it's the grapefruit that's doing that.

At the heart of this scent is lavender, which is going to be the heart of all fougères. This is a very classic fougère. It smells like a sophisticated, distinguished gentleman. Something about the combination of these notes is creating something that smells like sage to me.

When I wear this scent, I feel that there's a leather note that comes in and out of focus. It's pretty surprising and gives so much structure to this fragrance. I feel if you're a fan of Naxos by Xerjoff, and there are many of you out there, this is the next thing you should try. Louis XV from Xerjoff.
