We are always trying to learn, and we thank all of you who have reached out to help, offer advice, and shed light on other important issues including removing the “O” word from our site. We’ve already begun addressing this issue, and by month’s end, our website copy will be updated to reflect this change. We understand the conversation is fluid and on-going; together we all learn and grow as one.
