Have searched for an Annick Goutal that worked with my temperamental, aging body (seems harder to find scents as I near age 50). I adore this fragrance. It’s complex and deep, fresh but also I find not summer-citrus but somehow autumn-warm and dark? Maybe just on me. It’s strong at first but as someone else reviewed, doesn’t last long enough.

I always like this scent - it's fresh and citrus forward without being cloyingly so, but it doesn't last long enough on the skin.

I've used Eau d'Hadrien for years and absolutely love the combination of grapefruit and ylang-ylang. It is such a soft citrusy scent. Most colognes fade on me very quickly and I get maybe an hour out of this one, but I love the scent so much that this a Go-To scent for me. Wish it lasted longer. To my nose, the EDP is a bit heavier and not as nice as the EDT in this scent.

I like the lemon-fresh scent, but it's a very linear lemon scent and doesn't last on the skin at all. Kind of a let-down.

I was looking for something new for summer and purchased some samples of citrus scents. This is very light but with great sillage. It is citrus and then turns slightly sweet - not cloying or offensive. I could not stop sniffing myself from the moment I first put it on. Made me feel very flirty.

I initially purchased a sample of this for myself because I love citrus fragrances, and it is a great citrus scent, but I ended up giving it to my mother, and she loved it, and I like to smell it on her, so this was still a win, even though I'm not the one wearing it anymore.
