If you like Sauvignonne Eau de Toilette, we recommend you try:
Here's what other people are saying about Sauvignonne...
This scent definitely does not precede you when you walk into a room. It isn't a light scent nor is it heavy. It is neither male or female, nor is it 'unisex'. I find it to truely be its own entity. It's that favored stubborn crafty child.. 'the thinker', now fully grown into a powerful and successful entreprenuer full of vigor. Some reviews speak to it's staying power as not lasting. I completely disagree. Although at first i though pretty much the same thing as i wasn't constantly able to smell my perfume. That which i was so used to doing with other scents. You'll find with this scent that at first you'll miss smelling it on your person at your whim. This scent is not a 'accessory', as many of our favorite scents tend to become. This one, it's completely the opposite. And i thank heaven for that fact now. I'm realizing that this scent is far more complex. It's almost vexing as it defys every constant in which we've grown acustomed to in reguard to perfume. It's not the same ol'scent, slightly changed and packaged for the masses in a different bottle. It's cleverly understated and completely unique unto its own self. Truely it's almost as if this scent has it's own heart beat. You most likely won't freely smell it on your person after a hour or so, except for in sporatic 'waves'. Through out the day into the evening you'll catch it, than as quickly as it came, you'll think it completely disappeared, as if it purpously teases your nose. Yet unbeknownst to you this scent is a constant with you. You'll immidately realize this fact when others are near you. They'll come toward you to ask IF you're wearing perfume. To me, that in itself the finest complement. I am a person who does not want my perfume to wear me. When you say yes, every time before they ask what it is, they'll complement you on how alluring the scent is. Than they'll want every detail on what it is & where to get it. So to summerize this long review.. If you are looking for a scent that you plan to wear as you would a flashy known designer coat? Than this scent is not for you. This scent does not scream 'Hey, i'm here', it doesn't need to as it's confident in just being. If you are a person in which others are naturally drawn to, if you are not so much trendy as you are unique and if you don't push to lead yet find that others tend to follow you anyway? This scent is definitely for you. It will become as unique to you as your smile is to your whole countenance.

This presented mint and cloves on me. Maybe a little cinnamon too. It's nice, but the personality is not me...

Ok I guess this does sort of resemble a chilled glass of white wine, but it just didn't do anything for me. It came off as a cross between a fizzy lemonade and a Minty toothpaste, I'm sure it's the zingy grapefruit that has this effect. I can also just detect the slight woodsy note in the background. It's not bad but it lacks personality for me and I can't see myself ever reaching for this. It's also quite fleeting.

I don't really know if I liked or disliked this scent, because it absolutely disappeared each time I tried to wear it.

Maybe it’s just me and I’m being over-sensitive for one reason or another but I don’t want to be mistaken for the person who’s been drinking and is trying to cover it up by spraying perfume. Although I enjoyed Sauvignonne very much, I wouldn’t wear it to the office or for any occasion where alcohol is prohibited or inappropriate. Imagine being stopped for a traffic violation and trying to explain where that boozy smell is coming from. The grapefruit note I find very, very pleasing. Sauvignonne lasts longer than other citrus-y scents. Good fragrance but I say be careful where you wear it to.

This has been my regular summer scent for about 4 years. I am completely addicted to Ginestet's other fragrance, Botrytis, but it's just a bit too rich and intense for our hot southern summers. Sauvignonne is a great replacement in warmer weather - it's light, crisp, and very clean - the perfect balance of floral & citrus. It takes me through the summer beautifully!

Aside from the staying power, which others have mentioned, this is a gem of a citrus scent on me. It's hard for me to find a citrus I like because they are often so sharp and aggressive. This, on the other hand, is citrus with no rough edges. In fact, it's almost a warm citrus, if that isn't too much of an oxymoron. I get the wine impression too, but it doesn't last more than a moment or two, just enough to be a pleasant association. I'll definitely be buying some next summer.

It does smell remarkably like white wine....blanded with a citrussy woody perfume. Not unpleasant, but a bit too, well wine like to make a really nice perfume...

sniffed and sniffed this one for a few days now on my wrist....yes, it is a clean and refreshing scent.....lasting power not too good...but, what was daunting was this reminded me of a scent from many moons ago...finally dawned on me! this is very similar to Origin's Spring Fever fragrance.

A slightly masculine edge gives way to crisp. the scent if fresh, clean, definitely not girly but in no way butch. I would love it if it last more than half an hour on me. when o when will someone invent a citrus with staying power?

Slightly masculine but pretty the mint scent prevents it from being too masculine.Good summer scent not to strong, crisp and clean

A bright, shiny and happy scent and not at all me. I like Lola!

It smelled too much like men's cologne, especially when I put it on after stepping out of shower.

I really wanted to love this, especially with the Peach notes, but I got pure strong citrus that smelled more like a cologne on me.

I adore this scent! It smells like a champagne cocktail to me. It is light, clean, uplifting and beautiful. My scent impared boyfriend says "mmmmm, smells cheerful!" He's right!

Definitely my favorite warm-weather scent. Crisp, cool, tangy, sophisticated and not too sweet, I have yet to find it's equal.

I had high hopes for this, but it doesn't work on me either. It came off smelling like a grapefruit scented men's aftershave.

I have had this sample sitting around for a while and I finally decided to try it on. It is so fresh and clean. At first it smells like you just cut open a sweet grapefruit, then it dries down to a bright muscat wine. Very swank.

I love this line. Each scent is very different, but each is brilliant. Among the many citrus scents I've smelled, this one has character. It really does evoke a dry white wine of classic vintage. Now, if only it were a little more affordable...
