Antoine Maisondieu

Country: France

As the third generation of a family of perfumers (not to mention the grandson of Albert Camus), Antoine Maisondieu’s youthful rebellion was forced to take an unusual form: he went to law school. But the pull of the fragrance world was too powerful, and ultimately Antoine abandoned the law for an internship in perfumery that became a job creating scents for Givaudan, where he was responsible for mass market hits such as Armani Code and Burberry Brit. In the niche world, he has collaborated heavily with Comme des Garcons, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Etat Libre d’Orange.
