This shampoo should not be confused with the Tade Black Soap (which is wonderful). Unfortunately the shampoo is watery and does not get your hair very clean. When I swim I put a light oil on my hair under my cap. I used this after swimming and rather than cleanse the oil and chlorine from my hair, it just deposited a soap scum. Plus the smell is non-descript. This shampoo is a total dud
