This eye cream is packed with skin plumping agents and collagen-promoting peptides. It may change the way you look at eye cream. It will certainly change the way people look at your eyes. • Perfluorocarbons: this class of compounds is virtually absent in anti-aging creams to date. Three different ones are included; each with differing molecular weight.
• PFCs are soluble in water and lipid so they can bind either structure and increase volume of that area of the skin.
