Brazilian lime, ginger and the star anise of China are bracing and seductive, but the true heart of Navegar is the “black diamond”, the legendary black pepper of Malabar. Wars were fought and villages fell for some of the spices in this fragrance, and L’Artisan has captured the enticing hearts of both red and black pepper, mixed them with absolute rum, incense and wood, and created a masterpiece.
