Here's what other people are saying about LiquidNight...
I ordered a sample of Liquidnight (along with 5 others). The Liquidnight smells like rubbing alcohol or rat's pee. I think the sample might have gone bad before it reached me, but the other 5 samples of different perfumes were fine. If you are ordering a sample of this, don't forget to try to contact the seller to make sure they check the sample first.

I adore this. Like a bonfire that lingered on your skin.

This is a gentlemans fragrance. I don't really believe labels people place on fragrances.. Masculine, femme, summer, winter etc.. I pick a fragrance that smells good and go by mood mainly. I am able to do this best because I am indoors 80% of my life. I work in a office. To what matters...this fragrance is AMAZING and is priced very well. Great longevity and good projection. This fragrance is Tom Ford Oud Wood with a vanilla musk base. That's exactly what it smells like. How it's not super popular beats me, but I take it as a good thing, I'll be smelling so great why I have everyone else guessing! 9/10

I just tried my sample. I needed to scrub it off with alchohol. Of course it didn't work. It's staying power is obnoxious! At least on me this is a horrific perfume. Cloying, too sweet, no evolution. It plops down on your skin and just sits there. Now I have a headache. I need fresh air. Not a winner for me.

This very quickly became one of my favorite scents. The hinoki is prominent on the opening and lends a nice woodiness to the bergamot and lime, slightly astringent. The vanilla and musk become more prominent on the drydown and mix well with the hinoki, giving a nice layered sweetness to the overall composition. Out of my collection, this is the scent that I, by far, wear the most often.

Avant garde? No. I find this has the character of a popular designer fragrance, but it's just a little more interesting and well made. A great scent to wear on a date or heading out for the evening, very easy to pull off, and with enough twists to hold your attention. Extremely well-composed and balanced.

I'm a great admirer of Benaim, so I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say this is an avant garde composition. It isn't just an NYC night -- it's an NYC nightclub. Starts off with a Rose's Lime gimlet smell and transitions into a hastily cleaned bathroom. I can practically hear the distorted amps.

Highly reminiscent of Dior Addict, but a tad better.

I liked the scent until it dried down. It smelled like Gloria Vanderbilt on me and it faded very quickly.
