In this first fragrance from the couture house, Bruce evokes sophistication and glamour through his memories of the South of France in the ‘70s – bright yellow puffs of mimosa against brilliant blue skies and warm, decadent evenings on Cap d’Antibes with his muse, Charlotte Rampling, and her international coterie. A limited edition, fresh, floral eau de parfum, it is an extension of the luxury lifestyle encapsulated by the world of the designer.
The key to Bruce Oldfield’s fragrance is a vital combination of from the Mediterranean, combined with ancient Persia’s resinous green notes of galbanum; vanilla and ylang ylang found in the Indian Ocean and exquisite neroli and rose from North Africa. These classic floral notes have been entwined with treasures of modern perfumery: A fresh marine accord enlivens the top notes with deep, sensual amber base notes for elegance and sophistication.
In keeping with the couture spirit of the Bruce Oldfield brand, Bruce has produced the fragrance independently - with direct control of design and quality - overseen by the quintessentially British perfumiers, Floris.
