A flurry of spice in a dry desert wind – bold ginger, sweet cinnamon, hot pepper, nutty coriander and brisk nutmeg. The most striking aspect of this scent is what isn’t here: vanilla or anything like it. We are accustomed to these spices appearing in gourmand scents of the holiday baking variety, and while we still like those, it’s a revelation to experience them on their own.
