In a word: fierce. A cobweb clearing dose of clove and mint leads to one of the most intensely peppery fragrances we have ever encountered. This is freshly cracked black pepper, strong and addictive. If you’ve ever asked the waiter to just keep cranking that pepper mill because you didn’t want that amazing wave of prickling scent to end, you will love this. A dry base of cedar and vetiver add a touch of earthiness and warmth, but mostly they add strength to the essential spiciness without adding a hint of sweetness. Austere and bold, this is all about the pepper and we love it that way.
