Oh la la! Tangerine…that’s what this smells like! It’s a big, fresh, full-bodied and bodacious tangerine with a tinge of green from the stems and leaves. Sunny, juicy orange fruits and a warm green undertone pervade this beautiful elixir, while heliotrope and calycanthus lend subtle charms. If you’re in love with orange scents (mandarin orange, tangerine, citrus orange, petit grain), you’ll find Mandarine to be a little slice of juicy heaven-on-earth. Long lasting, too, which can be a tricky feat for an orange fragrance. Mix with a dash of Vanille Bourbon for a strong, true creamy orange delight!

This is an incredible 'pick me up', totally agree. Love the mint note. It managed to make me feel not quite so much like death this morning, and that is quite a feat.

You know that perk-me-up scent that fills a room whenever someone peels a mandarin? This is exactly it! However, upon sampling this fragrance I realized that although I love the scent itself, it's not for me to wear as a fragrance. Oh, well. I still give it four stars for being so spot on.

This really is the epitome of mandarin scents! It smells exactly like a freshly peeled mandarin - and is there anything better than the smell of a freshly peeled mandarin? Freshly ground coffee, perhaps, but who would want to wear that as a fragrance? Mandarine, on the other hand, is a beautiful fragrance, to my nose a single note mandarin (I don't really detect anything else). Pity it's so short lived - blink and you'll miss it, really. I wish I had waited until Luckyscent stocked the Absolute version, which no doubt has better staying power.

I received this as a sample and immediately loved it. It smells like a classic and not a modern "citrusy" fake fragrance. I intend to order it. It smelled like old-world quality to me.

Bought a bunch of samples looking for my new spring/summer scent. I love citrus and I love mint notes in warm weather. This seems to combine the two seamlessly. The cedar note is evident in the bottle, but not on my skin. Nonetheless, I love this scent, and plan to purchase.

I ordered a sample of this and dithered about springing for the bottle...I did, and I'm glad. It gives me that same glad for no reason feeling I get when I twist a piece of orange peel. Not a great lingerer, so spray liberally and often.

if one could buy hand-crafted orange sweettarts from a boutique candy-maker, or could watch such confections being made, it would smell like this. bursting with crisp, true orangeness, but also soft, cloaked in comforting powdery undertones. would taste like: blood oranges at the height of summer, fresh-squeezed into a chilled glass, with a splash of vanilla vodka on top; dip the rim of the glass in sugar first. sip in your garden in the morning while the jasmine or honeysuckle waft softly in the distance. I only wish it lingered longer than 30 or so minutes; I would buy it in a second...!

If you're looking for a soft mandarin fragrance, so try L'Artisan Mandarine tout simplement. If you're looking for a kick-ass mandarin fragrance Mandarine is for you! This is a pungent, bright, extremely well blended fragrance with exceptional lasting power. It manages to smell like "real" mandarin, but you don't smell like you're wearing fruit juice. It's classy, and unusual. To me, it's perfectly unisex as well.

This one was sent to me as a complimentary sample. It's not offensive by any means, but it is very citrusy-sweet. It smells a lot like Tang powder. I would not buy it for myself, but I could see how someone else might like it. It did last a while though.

This is a wonderful scent, not overpowering, lasts all day on me. When I have been around friends, they asked me if I smelled that wonderful fragrance. I realized it was the Mandarine they smelled.
