Warm, glowing scent. Reminds me of one of my favorite scents in the world, a warm glowing candle. You can even smell the wax and a light smoke of the burning wick. Then its creamy at the same time and ever so slightly sweet. Comforting, warm and delicate. Love it.

OK, I need to add to my previous review. Because I can't stop smelling this because it smells like my dad, I am really starting to like this and think that I could wear it. I can smell like my dad, he had amazing taste in fragrance. He used to wear Magnolia and totally pull it off. This would be great on a man or a woman. Perhaps this could be called a skin scent, you only better, that's why I can't stop sniffing it. I don't smell berries directly and that I think is a good thing, everything mixes in perfect harmony to make another completely original scent. It's warm but not in a sweet way, it has more of a soft glow. I hate the ambiguous descriptions for perfume but it really applies to this scent. This isn't a trendy scent, or avant-garde, it is timeless. I could really rave on about this one because it has been so long since I have smelled something original but timeless, something that could be a classic. I said earlier that it smelled similar to Lutece but I put more on (cause I couldn't stop the sniffing) and in the dry down I am not getting Lutece anymore. So wear it heavier, smells better in the dry down, gets more complex.

On my skin this smells very familiar. Long ago there was a department store perfume called Lutece and this smells "similar" to that on me, similar but not exactly the same. Musky, not white musk not an animal musk, not a dry musk but a warm cozy old man kinda musk, like my dad smelled like. I can't stop sniffing it on my wrist cause it reminds me of him but I don't know that I would wear it out.

I bought a sample of this because i love berry scents...however i cannot smell any berry in here at all. Some fresh lemon and something that reminds me of old wooden drawers and closets...but thats it. kind of masculine on me. its not bad but its not for me.
