When I read "vanilla" in the description, I thought this was for me. Wrong. Too darn sweet. Cloyingly so. Tres disappointed. Thankfully, Amber, Onyx and Pearl pull through in the Sage line. Kicking Topaz to the curbside :(

I hated this at first whiff; too fruity-sweet. It dries down to a nice warm vanilla with a little mango, maybe, and some buttery woods. I like it, but I don't love it. I'll go through the entire bottle eventually, I'm sure, but it's more of a 'I'll just throw this on today'. It's too bad that one can't sample Sage's oils through Luckyscent anymore, because this is definitely worth a try for vanilla-lovers.

At first it was not good at all. I missed the goody good musk-scent that I usually get from Sage. But it appeared after a while. Have to say that my favourite is Pearl over this. Topaz has a weird sour smell that interferes with the good musk fragrence.

Very edible vanilla with a fruity tang. As a previous poster said, it does smell like cake. However, with all the competition out there from CSP, La Maison, Lea, etc., this vanilla needs a little more edge to put it over the top and make it truly memorable.

This scent has a very nice balance between vanilla and "clean" fruits. About 5 hours after application, it turned similar to Perfect Veil. Overall, it's adorable!

This is a great vanilla scent, it has a nice blend of vanilla, sandlewood and some fruity notes.
