Love is an alluring tribute to both the passions that exist within all of us and the treasure that is the human heart. Its seductive clove top note introduces a sensuously sexy middle note of spicy carnation and rose, a flower long renowned for its aphrodisiac properties. The fragrance's textured, warm base note accord of Tunisian amber, French vanilla, clean musk and Indian sandalwood beckons others to draw near as it evolves on the skin.

Ok, but not impressed at all. So far at least the best among her line (I've tried Perfect kiss - no comment, Perfect Veil - cheap musk, Light comes from it - department store parfume, Beauty comes from it - no beauty at all). Love comes from it is ok, just ok and nothing more. So many similar frangances like this.

Right out of the bottle it is not so special, but the drydown is phenomenal. Buttery, rosy, sexy. It smells like a stronger Saffron Troublant and also has some notes in common with Miller Harris' Fleur Oriental.

This is a nice warm, spicy, amber on me. Not powdery and just delicious. It really stays with me all day, but isn't overpowering to those around me. Love it!

The initial cloves took me back to high school in the 80's, smoking clove cigarettes because we thought we were bad! Then the spicy carnation/rose combination and ends with more sandalwood than amber on me...I love it, quite sexy...but I can't see myself wearing it in summer, will save it for cooler temps! :)

I received this in a swap, and and so really think it's my lucky scent indeed. It's intriguing, and addicting. I love the initial layer of cloves, but it's the sandalwood and vanilla base notes that linger, and leave me smelling great all day (at least to me, which is what matters right?-- love comes from within afterall;).

Have to agree with the first poster. First smell out of the bottle was a grandfather's cologne. Luckily it dries down to a grandmother musk. A touch too sweet and a touch too powdery. First impression is not good. It'll take a while for me to work up the nerve to try it again.

I've been using my sample of this for the past week, just to be sure if I like it enough to buy it. At times it reminds me of Tabu or My Sin; it's high on the amber notes which make it a little too powdery, so I'm giving it a 4. There are lots of good things here too, though: The comfort of sugar-spun cloves, and the sweetly spicy carnation notes are beautiful and are real feel-good aromas. There is a small splash of summer in there too, I don't know what it is, but that's the only way that I can describe it.

Love CFW feels good to wear, and it lasts and lasts. It's definitely worth a try

I think Sarah may have overdone it on the clove. For the first 20 minutes that's all I smell, then it morphs into quite a nice, sultry dark rose scent, before the amber-sandalwood finish. A good love potion, overall.
