Bernhard Wilhelm’s designs defy categorization, with their cartwheeling colors and dizzying array of pop references. His creations are confounding and dazzling and tricked out with all kinds of embellishments – which led us to expect a certain flamboyance in his collaboration with rising fragrance star Lucas Sieuzac. Imagine our surprise when we sniffed Wicken 3000 and discovered a soaring fusion of air and water. A futuristic interpretation of the elements, this hyper-fresh blend of sea breeze accord, water jasmine and the sheerest of all possible musks smells like the air of the future. New, improved air that has been rinsed and fluffed and tweaked for extra freshness. At once familiar and heightened – this minimal composition has a surreal beauty. Ultra clean and surprisingly elegant.
“A light, fresh, clean scent that embodies a fusion of the elements. The idea was to create a perfume close to the elements of water and air, but with a futuristic approach. Express ‘the Back to nature’ side of Bernhard with a pure & essential fragrance.” – Lucas Sieuzac, Perfumer
