The Scoop
An Italian classic. A favorite of aristocrats and intellectuals. Created in 1871 and produced by the same family ever since, Acqua di Biella No. 1 has won numerous awards throughout Europe and was honored in 1878 with the coat of arms of the Savoia Royal Family. This is a fragrance with a pedigree. A clean, brisk blend of sharp citrus, herbs, mint and fresh Alpine blossoms.

I get way too much indolic jasmine in this one. After the first 30 seconds, the citrus fades. Dissapointing.

I love the first 30 secs, it's sooooo fresh and complex and beautiful! But citrus notes just don't last on me! it quickly faded to barly noticable.... (which is what happened too when i put on Devine Bergmot) what a pity cause i love this smell!

Light, citrusy, fresh air after a shower and then pressed linen. A gentlemans fragrance. Fresh in the same way as Acqua di Parma or Gendarme. I like it.
