Very pretty and cloying scent: bubbly like champagne and sweet like strawberries. Not so much the vanilla though. I liked it, just isn't me.

You go to my head--like a glass of sparkling champagne--like the bubble in the glass, you go to my head! OMG! This is wonderful and my boyfriend has a bottle in his truck and every now and then he will spray to "smell me' when he is out of state. OMG! This is amazing!!

This is beautiful. I get the fizz of the champagne, the slight tartness of the strawberries, the soft creamy hints of chocolate and vanilla, and of course the roses. It's bright, elegant, romantic, and seductive. My husband dropped everything when he came to bed and burrowed his nose in my neck, saying this one was a definite keeper and that I might want to stock up.
Vanilla Champagne is both classic and modern, with a sophisticated bouquet that isn't too fruity or flowery. It is a perfect blending of all the listed notes. I adore this, unsniffed purchase and all, and will continue to buy it as long as it's available. Oh, and I just might be stocking up, too. It is gorgeous and impressive to pull such a reaction from my husband's ever-expanding(and decisive) fragrance appreciation.

I agree with the previous poster.........the Vanilla Champagne is just "okay" but the Blue Musk is EXQUISITE! Due to the new airline regs regarding liquids, I decided to take just the Blue Musk roll-on when I went to Puerto Rico a few weeks ago & I received SO many compliments. Susanne Lang's fragrances are all wonderful, but this is my all-time fave. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

I have the limited edition set of the Vanilla Champagne & Blue Musk (roll-on) that came out a year or so ago. Although the Vanilla Champagne is quite pretty either by itself or layered with the musk, I must admit that I have fallen in love with the Blue Musk! I'll be heartbroken when it's empty........maybe one day it will be available by itself........I can dream, can't I?

After receiving a sample of this,I had to have it!It reminds me of the smell from a freshly opened pack of manila paper from school-Weird,eh, that I still remember that odor,and am so glad I found a perfume that captures that.

the vanilla champagne is a wonderful sweet sparkling dessert for your skin, but i do not smell the chocolate or the roses. the musk is sweet and clean, and layering it adds a gorgeous depth to the overall scent experience!

Well, upon first spritz I was pretty much intrigued with this Vanilla Champagne. It is very interesting, almost sparkling on the skin. Just like a glass of great Veuve once it settled on the skin it beacame so yummy. Everthing settles and melds into a creamy, lushious blend of the two notes. Love it! Will work perfectly to woo him into being my valentine! The blue musk is forgetable

I am THRILLED with this set,the two compliment each other so nicely.It is a sweet and sparkling but yet not overpowering scent combo.I hope they that Suzanne Lang continues to make these two scent either together or seperate.I love them!

Well folks, this scent is certainly different... and not worth the hype. I was anticipating a soft, vanilla-based scent with a touch of champagne. To my dismay, the champagne fragrance is extremely strong and overpowering, and the vanilla is undetectable. The drydown offers little more of a champagne odor. The Blue Musk is just OK--softer than the Vanilla Champagne.... Maybe these fragrances don't work well with my body chemistry.

The spray really smells like expensive champagne, softened by a really nice, subtle vanilla scent. But even better yet, the slightly floral blue musk is just gorgeous. I bought this set just for the musk (you can't buy it separately just yet), but was pleasantly surprised at how pretty the spray was and how well they layered together. The price is very fair, too.
