The Scoop

Tomboy Neroli is a paradox: sexy and clean. It smells like a freshly-laundered cotton t-shirt stripped off a hot, young body that has been wearing a classic eau de cologne all day. Male or female? Doesn’t matter. When it’s this good, it’s for everyone.

The crisp greenness of neroli up top is as refreshing as drenching oneself in eau de cologne straight from the fridge on a hot day. As it melts into the waxy orange blossom notes underneath, the neroli loses its freshness and becomes subsumed by the honeyed warmth of the white floral. All of this draped over a smoky woody amber that gives you the chemical high of a good white musk. The equivalent of the perfect white t-shirt, this one’s for sexy tomboys everywhere.

It's hard for me to believe this is an eau de parfum. All I smell is neroli and an overwhelming alcohol. Hours in and it's like I swabbed myself with rubbing alcohol and even the neroli is disappearing. I expected so much, and it's awful.

Absolutely interchangeable with D&G Italian Zest. It's literally the exact..same...fragrance (which is great ).

I enjoy the initial dry burst of neroli followed by the woodsy, clean follow-on notes. Nothing about it is sickly-sweet, nor a surprise pop of musk at the end (thank heavens) or overpowering. I want to wear it again, and again.

This is the only scent in the line that doesn't work with my chemistry. For some reason it smells more animalic than clean on me. Love the name, though.

It’s...definitely a neroli. That’s definitely orange blossom following, and there’s definitely a resinous base (that would be the amber). The question is whether you wish to be knocked to the ground by a neroli wrecking ball to land among the orange blossoms and the amber, and that is a decision only you can make.
