Here's what other people are saying about Rozy - Voile d'Extrait...
I just tried the Rozy Voile d'extrait. It's insanely beautiful! Not for the faint of heart. You just need a teeny little bit on any one of your pulse points, to experience the complex beauty and brilliance of this Vero Kern perfume. I love the EDP version of Rozy, but this Voile is a special event onto itself. Now, I just need Luckyscent to re-stock the Rozy Parfum Extrait samples to complete my journey through this incredible fragrance. More and more in love with Rozy.

While not a fan of tuberose, I am impressed by this fragrance and formulation's longevity. Could catch whiffs of it all day long. Not sure about the sillage as no one commented that they could smell me (which is good where I work). My husband likes it so clearly more of a tuberose fan than I...nice work though.

Like most of Vero's fragrances, Rozy is a big, bold, take-no-prisoners type of fragrance. It's a dense floriental, resinous, almost incense-like, with a white floral accord ( tuberose; orange blossom ) accented with leather ( think Knize Ten ) and lots of honey ( think the heady kind, like Miel de Bois ). It's a bit like walking through a field full of flowers on an usually hot, hazy day, everything exuding at full power, the buzz of bees audible around you. I must confess: I get no rose in this. It is "rosy" due to the confluence of honey and blackcurrant bud, but try it as its own thing, not as part of a search for the perfect rose, or you may miss its beauty. Recommended for: lovers of big '80s florientals, people who like honey fragrances, and those who like sweet, Orientalized leathers. Not recommended for: if you don't like sweet fragrances, or prefer scents with shy sillage.

I blind bought this based on other reviewers of perfume blogs I admire combined with my deep love and respect of all things vero kern. (I have all her work, a true artist and visionary whose perfumes have changed my life and view of perfume as artistry). rozy voile is sublime!! It is a comfort to wear, for me not daring but deep, subtle, complex. I have worn it all weekend and catch whiffs of it and I think to myself, 'what is that, it smells so good' and it is ME and the rozy on me, indeed it feels like it has become a part of my skin. It is soothing, unusual and comforting, like a soul scent. I go through periods where I crave scents and I can see craving this. (I already do and we are only three days into our relationship now).. I love rose, but that's not my first sense of this perfume, I love and own vintage Nahema, but rozy is nothing like that (except a wild granddaughter). It is an indescribable scent that changes throughout the day. Very happy with my blindbuy and highly recommend this as well as anything by vero kern.

Be forewarned that upon first whiff this perfume smells like joss sticks. I sprayed it in the kitchen and an hour later my husband asked if I was burning incense. The complexity and dry down of this juice are worth it, but this is no tame dame. I'm hooked.
